Why don’t we automate processes on LinkedIn – even if it takes more time

Many people believe that automation is the path to efficiency and try to simplify everything: from invitations to messages.

But in terms of cases, automation is not always the best solution. In the Ukrainian B2B market, niches are often limited in size, and then it is not about closing targets in quantity, but about the highest quality interaction with a limited audience.

Before adding a potential client to the network or sending a message, we carefully research this:

  • we analyze the profile according to the prescribed ICP
  • we study the companies where he worked before
  • we investigate where he studied
  • we see who he follows and what content he publishes
  • we record his topics and interests

This allows us to write personalized messages that resonate with the experience and requests of the OPRs.

We do not do mass mailings, but write messages through which we build contact with decision-makers. This takes more time, but gives better results.

Effective communication with people is not just about templates, but about deeper understanding and attention to potential customers.

What do you use more often in communication? Automation or a manual approach?
